Doobl Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Company Information

Doobl is an application operated by Niutron Systems S.L. (Spain). Niutron Systems S.L. is the entity responsible for providing the Doobl service.

2. What Doobl is and what it is not

Doobl is a technology platform that allows users to share information and get in touch to improve the parking experience.

Doobl is not an owner, manager, or operator of parking facilities, does not provide parking services, and does not guarantee spot availability. Any interaction or agreement between users is made under their own responsibility.

3. Services offered by the app

Doobl offers a collaborative information management service related to parking and mobility.

The app may use device location to show relevant information and facilitate contact between users, always subject to user permissions.

Doobl may include a token and reputation system to encourage collaboration and proper use of the platform.

4. User requirements and registration

To use Doobl you must be at least 16 years old.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.

It is not permitted to create fake accounts, impersonate identities, or use another person's account.

5. Use of location

The app may request location permissions to enable proximity-based features. You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings, although some features may become unavailable or not work properly.

6. Tokens

Doobl may use internal tokens as virtual points within the application.

Tokens have no monetary value outside Doobl, are not money, are not electronic currency, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tokens are not transferable outside the app's official mechanisms. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or exchange them externally may result in account suspension or cancellation.

7. Advertising and third-party services

Doobl may display advertising, offers, or content from third parties, and/or include links to external services.

Niutron Systems S.L. is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. Access to external services will be under the user's responsibility and may be subject to the corresponding third party's terms and policies.

8. Appropriate use and conduct rules

The user agrees to use Doobl lawfully and responsibly.

Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use of the service is prohibited, including intentionally providing false information, harassing other users, or interfering with the app's operation.

The user must respect traffic and road safety rules. Do not use Doobl in a way that causes distraction while driving.

9. Account suspension, cancellation, and deletion

Niutron Systems S.L. may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, applicable legislation, or harm other users or the service.

The user may request account deletion. Data processing and deletion will be governed by the Privacy Policy, except for legal retention obligations.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing (including location if the user allows it) is carried out in accordance with GDPR and applicable Spanish regulations.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or service operation reasons. If changes are relevant, they will be communicated through reasonable means (for example, in the app). Continued use of Doobl after communication will imply acceptance of the new version.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain, unless consumer protection regulations or other mandatory rules establish a different jurisdiction.
