Doobl Privacy Policy
1. Personal Data Collection and Data Controller
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, users of the Doobl application (the "App" or the "Application") are informed that the personal data they provide through it, as well as any other personal data they may provide in the future (the "User"), will be processed, with Niutron Systems, S.L., with registered office at calle Orotava, 25, 29006-Málaga ("Niutron") being the responsible entity. 2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
Niutron informs you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
IT Control of the App
Niutron will process the data provided by the User through the App, as well as the interactions they may perform in it, in order to detect any loss of information or fraudulent use of the App.
Legal basis: Compliance with legal obligations of Niutron to ensure the security of the App and the information contained therein (art. 12 bis LSSICE).
User Account
Niutron will process the data provided by the User (indicatively: name, email, age, date of birth, gender) for the purpose of registering and creating the User's account in the Application for the proper provision of services.
Legal basis: User consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, so that their personal data are no longer processed, by canceling the Niutron account and communicating their decision to the following email address: soporte@doobl.app.
Service Provision
Niutron will process the data provided by the User (indicatively: license plate, model, brand, color, size, name, surname, email, address) for the purpose of managing and carrying out the service provision.

Location
Niutron may process the data provided by the User consisting of their location for the purpose of managing and carrying out the service provision.

Support Contact
Niutron may process the data provided by the User for the purpose of managing and responding to their request for contact with the App's support service.

3. Accuracy and Truthfulness
Niutron considers the personal data provided by the data subject to be truthful and accurate, and therefore is not responsible for any damage that the lack of truthfulness and accuracy of these may cause.
4. Personal Data of Minors
Minors under 14 years of age should not use the services offered through the App without the consent of their parents or guardians.
If Niutron detects users who may be under 14 years of age, it reserves the right to request authorization and/or a copy of their identity document.
5. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained until the actions that may arise from the relationship with Niutron have expired, unless there is a legal obligation that extends said retention period.
6. Communication of Personal Data
Niutron may communicate your personal data to:
- Competent public bodies, State Security Forces and Corps, and Judges and Courts, in compliance with legal obligations.
- Niutron service providers acting as data processors.
7. International Data Transfers
No international data transfers are foreseen.
8. Exercise of Rights and Claims
The User may exercise their data protection rights (access, rectification or deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability) by sending a communication to Niutron Systems, S.L., with registered office at calle Orotava, 25, 29006-Málaga or by sending an email to soporte@doobl.app, indicating in both cases their name, surname, and attaching a copy of their identity document.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
